I’m Keith, a seasoned property maintenance professional and former California General Contractor now based in Minden, NV. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I help homeowners plan, manage, and complete their maintenance projects with confidence and quality craftsmanship.

My passion for woodworking, which began early in life, naturally grew into a full-time contracting career after transitioning from the fire service. I take pride in making sure homes & vacation properties stay safe, reliable, & well cared for. I love what I do, & when I’m not on the job, you’ll usually find me in my garage working on projects or being out in nature with my wife & our two labs.
